Terms of Service

PartnerTask provides cross-border affiliate marketing services, connecting merchants and affiliates with tracking links, order attribution, commission payout and analytics.

You must be 18+. Merchants shall provide valid credentials. Affiliates shall not use illegal, fraudulent or spam traffic.

You are responsible for your account and password. Account sharing or selling is prohibited. We may suspend or ban violating accounts.

Commissions are based on valid completed orders. Refunds, chargebacks and fraudulent orders are excluded. Payout terms follow network rules.

No click fraud, fake traffic, ad manipulation, piracy or misleading promotion. Violators will forfeit commissions and be permanently banned.

PartnerTask brand, logo, system and content are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use is forbidden.

We are not liable for merchant product quality, shipping or after-sales.

We are not responsible for losses caused by user misconduct, network issues or third-party payment failures.

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation under international commercial standards.
